2. Enforcement is the process of formation of a particular business undertaking.
3. Enforcement is the sum total of all the activities of company formation, capital, property search, investigation, planning to use resources, estimating profitability, taking legal action and initial contract etc.
4. Enforcement begins with the origin of the idea of starting a business and ends with the bringing of the business or industry to a position of commencement.
5. Such thought may originate in the mind of an individual or a group of persons.
