(4) Convenience in communication: Through organisation, officer-subordinate relationships are established in the institution and channels of formal communication are determined.

Objectives of the organization: – Organization system is made up of various components. Its oThe structure is contributed by various inputs, which are called the objectives of the organization.
(1) Division of labour: The functions performed by individuals and departments should be properly determined, clarified and separated.
(2) Human Group: Human group is the most important objective of organisation. The limitations and capabilities of individuals are balanced in the collectivisation of activities and distribution of power.
(3) Physical Resources:- Organisation is also a collection and combination of physical resources like capital, machines, equipment, material, land etc. to a certain extent. It helps people in performing their work.
(4) Environment:- Like planning, every organisational structure has an economic, political, social and moral environment which helps in performing work.
(5) Authority: Authority is the power to give instructions to other people and to compel them to follow them. The power that employees get depends on their position in the organisation, legal rules, experience, knowledge and customs.
